Billi has partnered with global filtration manufacturer, Best Water Technologies (BWT), to introduce Fibron XT® filtration media into its replacement cartridges. This update maintains the same compatibility and purpose as the previous model while incorporating updated filtration technology.
The Billi HSD Swing Change 994054 (994004) Fibron XT Water Filter is compatible with all current Billi home and commercial models and is designed for water supplies that contain higher levels of silt or sediment.
This cartridge helps reduce sediment, chlorine, taste, odour and scale in drinking water while supporting the reliable performance of compatible Billi systems such as the Billi Quadra range.
Upgrading to the Billi 994054 may also extend filter service life compared with smaller micron cartridges, particularly in water supplies with higher sediment loads. If you currently use a 994004 filter, this model provides a direct replacement with identical fitment.

What is the Fibron X® / Fibron XT® filtration technology?
It’s the filtration media used inside certain Billi replacement cartridges to helps maintain consistent water filtration in Billi drinking water systems.
Fibron X® and Fibron XT® technologies were developed through Billi’s partnership with BWT. In the Billi 994054 cartridge, the media is designed to help reduce sediment, chlorine, taste and odour, and scale commonly found in municipal drinking water while maintaining reliable system performance.
When should I choose this filter over a 0.2-micron option?
It depends on the type of filtration you need and the condition of your water supply. The Billi 994054 filter is designed for municipal water supplies where sediment levels may be higher and users want longer filter service life.
This filter may be appropriate when you want:
