Weather protection
The corrosion proof powdercoated frame and cover shield the filtration cartridges and the UV controller from the elements, so the system is suitable for outdoor installation. The lightweight cover lifts off for easy access at service time.
Power supply
The UV system runs on 240VAC and needs a power point at the installation location. Where one is not already available, arranging the electrical work is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Warranty
Your DUO.2GX is backed by a 5-Year Parts & Labour Warranty, delivered by your local Aquastream Partner Plumber. The stainless steel UV chamber carries an additional ten year manufacturer warranty. Filter cartridges, the UV lamp, the quartz sleeve and O rings are replaceable service items.
What happens next
Pay your $300 refundable deposit and choose your colour. Someone will call, usually within 24 hours, to book in your installation, which will take place within one to two weeks. Your deposit is fully refundable if you choose to cancel installation.

Installation is included
We arrange everything through our Partner Plumber network, so your system is fitted by a licensed plumber trained on installation.
